Black Adder
Despite only apparently practising about once a year, Black Adder are one of the most entertaining rapper sides, whose rapper performance is influenced by the step dancing that forms the other half of their repertoire. Their speciality is performing unconventional styles, including rapper rugby-style, not to mention their Swan Lake in clogs and ballet in bee costumes!
Black Adder were formed in 1990 after a group of step dancers attended a rapper workshop given by Snark (which would explain a lot). Subsequently they have continued to keep the rest of us entertained, throwing in a few DERT victories on the way. Their last DERT entry was in 2006, and their next is eagerly anticipated by the more discerning members of the rapper community.
